Privacy Policy

1. Who we are (data controller)
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and used when you visit ytachannels.com or purchase from the YTA Channels store. The data controller responsible for your information is IKERPRIME, S.L., a Spanish company (Sociedad Limitada) with Tax ID (NIF) B-26902544, registered in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, Spain. Our registered office is at Calle Almirante Mourelle, 50, 5º D, 15011, A Coruña, Spain. IKERPRIME, S.L. operates the YTA Channels brand and website. For any question about this policy or your data, you can contact us at hello@ytachannels.com. This policy is governed by Spanish law and applies alongside the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the personal data we process when you browse our website, request our welcome discount, contact us, or buy one of our digital products (a Monetized YouTube Channel, an Aged YouTube Channel from 2006-2009, or an Aged Channel with Advanced Features from 2010-2019, each delivered with free digital bonuses). All of our products are delivered digitally by email; we sell no physical goods. Because we serve customers in the EU and rely on trusted service providers, this policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under EU and Spanish law.
3. What personal data we collect and how
We only collect the data we need to run the store and fulfil your order. This includes: your email address, which you may provide at checkout, when requesting the WELCOME10 discount code, or through our contact form; your name and order details, collected during payment; and the content of any message you send us through the contact form. We do not ask for or store your full card details. We collect this data directly from you when you enter it on our website, and through our payment processor when you complete a purchase. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and do not build advertising profiles about you.
4. Legal bases for processing
We process your personal data only where the law allows. The legal bases we rely on are: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to take payment, deliver your purchased channel and bonuses, and provide support; your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), to send you the welcome discount code and, where applicable, marketing emails, and to store your discount email locally in your browser, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), to keep our website secure, prevent fraud, respond to enquiries you send us, and improve our service; and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), such as meeting our tax, accounting, and consumer-protection duties under Spanish law.
5. How we use your data
We use your personal data to: process and confirm your payment; deliver your purchased channel and the free digital bonuses (a faceless YouTube course, a 57-niches list, and a viral editing pack) by email in less than 24 hours after payment is confirmed, including login credentials, the original recovery email where applicable, and a quick-start guide; provide customer support and handle refund or replacement requests in line with our published terms; send you the WELCOME10 welcome discount code when you submit your email and, where you have consented, occasional marketing emails; respond to messages you send through our contact form; keep our website and transactions secure and prevent fraud; and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
6. Payment data and Stripe
All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, which supports card payments, Stripe Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; some wallets such as Amazon Pay may also appear through Stripe. We do not offer PayPal, and prices are shown in US dollars (USD). When you pay, Stripe collects the information needed to complete the transaction, including your name, email, and order details, and processes your card data directly on its own secure systems. IKERPRIME, S.L. never sees or stores your full card details. Stripe processes this information as our payment provider and under its own privacy terms; we recommend reviewing Stripe's privacy policy to understand how it handles payment data.
7. Email delivery (Resend) and website hosting (Vercel)
To operate our store, we rely on a small number of specialist service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We use Resend to send our transactional emails (such as order confirmations and product delivery) and marketing emails. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers only process the data necessary to perform their service for us, such as the email address and content required to deliver a message, and they are bound by data-processing agreements requiring appropriate safeguards and confidentiality.
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers that profile you across the web. To make the store work, we use a small amount of your browser's local storage to remember your cart contents, the offer countdown timer, and the email you provided to receive the discount code. This information stays in your own browser and is not used to track you. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may reset your cart or the discount you requested.
9. International data transfers
Some of the service providers we use, including Stripe, Resend, and Vercel, may store or process data on servers located in the United States. This means that some of your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where such international transfers take place, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure that your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
10. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Order and billing records are retained for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Messages you send through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. The email address you provide for the discount code or marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Information held in your browser's local storage remains until you clear it. When data is no longer needed and we are not legally required to retain it, we delete it or anonymise it securely.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your data; request restriction of processing; data portability; object to certain processing; and withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ytachannels.com. We will respond within the timeframes set by law. You may be asked to confirm your identity so we can protect your data.
12. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the law, we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first, so please contact us at hello@ytachannels.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), whose details are available at www.aepd.es. If you are located in another EU country, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
13. Children under 16
Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed at children. In line with the Spanish LOPDGDD, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use our store or provide us with your personal data. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
14. Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on its secure, encrypted infrastructure, and we never see or store your full card details. We limit access to personal data to those who need it to operate the store, and we work only with service providers that commit to appropriate safeguards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we continually review our practices to keep your data protected.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Where a change is significant and the law requires it, we will take additional steps to inform you or, where necessary, seek your consent.
